I had another go at Inktober this year, and I think there’s been a definite improvement in my drawings and inking technique. This time I drew all of them on 85mm squares of cartridge paper instead of various sizes in a bunch of sketchbooks. It’s much easier to manage separate bits of paper that you can turn around on the drawing board!
I also scanned them instead of taking photos, and then did a bit more digital touch-up than last year. One or two of them needed a bit of surgery to fix mistakes, and I used digital colour instead of markers in some places, where I was short of time or just didn’t want to fill the entire page with flat marker colour.
